Is The Pentium N3540 Decent?

Hi, I've got a 2014 (I think) laptop and it has a Pentium N3540 In it. Is this processor decent? I've had it since it came out and it's a Toshiba laptop and it's pretty fast for me at least. But I wanna know is it good? Is it a Pentium 3? If so then a Pentium 3 isn't as slow as you may think. I'm building my PC and that has a FX in it. One thing though, It's not very good at gaming. I've got a Toshiba satellite l50-B-21G. Tell me your thoughts on this Intel Chip.

I'm also using Pentium n3540.It's a decent budget cpu.It's running on my ASUS x553ma.It lags in most games even in NFS MW.But in regular tasks it's fine.I'm running MS Visual Studio 2013 on this machine
