hi
have a chance of buying a Pioneer VSA-E08 A/V Amplifier for £70 ~$90 in local pawnshop.
Cosmetic condition is perfect (looks like brand new) plus I get a 30-days guarantee.
I currently have small Creative 7.1 speakers and was planning to plug this in. unless I will find something bigger.

Is this something worth buying? Need your opinion.
thx

RMS Watts match with speakers ?
Pioneer made some good equipment back when, but not today.
What you want in an Amp. is Frequency ranges, 20hz - 20Khz industry standard for ok equipment.
The better ones do 12hz - 32Khz, just for reference, which is about the limit of good human ear range.

That is an integrated pre-amp and amp. It has quite a few RCA inputs and a few digital inputs. It has NO HDMI support. It has S-VHS support, so it is a fairly old model. The biggest question, is does it include the remote? It might be inconvenient if the remote is not working.
