Is the power color 7850 good for gaming?

Can it run things like arma 3 and battlefield 3 on ultra settings and get like 60 fps? and can i run it with a corsiar cx500?

Its a good GPU but its a mid range GPU. It can run BF3 on ultra above 40FPS and I believe ARMA 3 on MAX is above 30FPS. I would recommend to uprgrade to a GTX 660 or a GTX 760 if you can.

Arma 3 is pretty CPU dependant at times. My Phenom can barely keep up with it. But my 7850 begins to have trouble rendering the visuals if you set the settings to more than High. I usually keep my stuff at Standard/High settings.

How bout the 7870?

The 7870's a bit more tough than a 7850. I'd expect it'd get about 15-20% more fps in most cases. The 7870's on par with the GTX 580, with more vram and less power usage as well, so it's a nice buy.
