Is the power supply enough for the Gtx 960

Hello, I currently have a 750Ti 2gb and a 400w power supply. They work fine together but I am planning on getting a Gtx 960 2gb but I do not know if this power supply is enough. (I will not be overclocking)

If it's a decent 400w with the proper PCIE connection , should be enough.
