this new pc has all the configurations i need for the games i want to play, so i was wanting to know if the price is fair. or could i get a new prebuilt pc that's similar elsewhere for a cheaper price. i know it is cheaper to build my own but i do not feel comfortable building my own so please do not recommend anything other than a new prebuilt pc.

it's a dell g5 gaming desktop on dell's website for $930 but it's 17% off for a total of $772. so is $772 to much for what i am getting or is it a reasonable price?

Solution
To tell you where you stand as trying to build.

10400 + MB
16 GB 3200 "2X8" Because it's cheaper at the moment than 2400 or 2600mhz 🤷‍♂️
256GB M2 + 1 TB Spinner
Cheap Case and PSU
~ $415

The issue comes when adding a GPU
~$300 for a 1050 TI
~$400 for a RX 570
~ $650+ 1660 Super

I see Prebuilts using 9400F and 1660TI's for $800-$1000 so $772 for that is a good start. 16GB of RAM is cheap at around $67.
You should definitely budget in a matched set of RAM to replace what's in it. I would NOT pay Dell to do it because they are not only going to charge too much, but often don't do it as passed on by reviewers. The mobo on that is likely locked, so worry less about RAM speed as opposed to price and size.
