Is the PSU Adequate

is the power supply good enough for bout 6 months if i want to add 3 sticks of ddr400. PSU is Enermax 350W. Can a less than adequate PSU damage memory or anything else?

i have the following system,

XP 2600+
Audigy Platinum (external)
DVD writer (all 5 formats)
Combo CD-RW/DVD Rom
2 80G H/Drives
4x 100m case fans
9700 ultimate

Here's a site which helps calculate how PSU you need. I think you find you're OK by a little bit.
