Is the PSU: Be Quiet! Pure Power L8 600W Power Supply good?

Title says it all. I will buy a i7 4970K and a GTX 970, and i need to know if the
"Be Quiet! Pure Power L8 600W Power Supply" is sufficient/ is good? thanks

Its a Tier-3 Power Supply. Not the best, but not terrible. 600W should be enough for that i7 and GTX 970.
