My biuld
Cpu: i7 4770s 3.10 ghz stock
16 gb ballistic ram 1600
Gpu: GeForce GTX 960 Asus Strix DirectCU II OC 4GB Edition
Psu: power logisys 480w
When pop Playing graphic intensive games my pc shuts down, checked cpu and gpu, they are stable no over heating, and gpu fans sometimes wont work when playing games, tested it out on others rigs, works fine.

Throw that psu out of there right now. That thing will kill you computer if it hasn't already get a decent brand and never cheap on a psu.

What's a paticle? And yeah, it's crashing because of that PSU-shaped object it is hooked up to. If you are buying a PSU for $15-$20, you shouldn't be doing it. Something's up with that power supply.

I have torn down a few of these Logisys units. Just to show you what I mean, what model is yours?

That one's overpriced, even though it would still be miles ahead of your current one. I would recommend this:

Or something cheaper, the CX550M is a newer design:

Power Supply: Corsair CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($60.48 @ NCIX US)

This one here is high quality, let alone so overkill, but is always priced so low. You might need to check your case specifications for max PSU length if you get this one:

Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($71.48 @ Amazon)

The bottom one will be less efficient, so if you pay your electricity bill keep that in mind.
