Is the R9 Nano a good buy?

I'm building a small form factor PC, and admittedly don't know where to start with the GPU. Amazon has the r9 nano for 440.99 right now. Would that be the best thing to buy for a smaller build?

if you want to play 1440p mostly at maxed settings, than yes. or high refresh rate 1080p. just remember good airflow is a need for that card. investing say $ 20 in good fans is worthwhile, or just really work out the fan placement.
