Is the Radeon NITRO R9 390 compatible with my EVGA SR-2 Board?

Ofcourse It's compatible, most motherboards on the market with a PCIE x16 slot included will support all relatively new graphics cards on the market, and this motherboard has loads of those PCIE x16 slots. The question is, which slot are you going to put it in.
