Is the RAM compatible?

So I decided to move from a AMD Athlon X2 5200+ back to the old original Sepron 3400+ 1.8GHz CPU since I don't do much but surf the web.. I juust bought this RAM for the Athlon X2, wll it work with the Sepron?

Yeah, all the questions you asked depend on what motherboard you have, but I would go ahead and guess yes, ram is rarely an issue in my (limited) experiance, and just about any modern motherboard will probably support dual channel.

Yeah its a nForce 430 motherboard, I was just wondering if the Sepron is ok running PC-6400 RAM.
