Question Is the RM550x (2018) still a good choice ?

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a PSU in a budget gaming build. It's nothing fancy, a i3-12100 with a RX580 8GB GPU I have on hand. In a local store there's a Corsair RM550x (2018) on sale for 60$. It seems to be a good deal and should be fine for such a budget build, but I'm not sure if it's still ok for a new build in 2022 that should last a few years.

Other options would be a Gigabyte GP-UD750GM for about 10$ more or a Gamdias Kratos P1-650 for 15$ less (but I'm really not sure about this one).

Between these, the RM550x seems to be the safest most reliable choice (even if it's the 2018 version) but I would like to check with you if it makes sense or I'm about to make a mistake.

Thanks!
