Is the ryzen 1600 too weak for a home workstation?

How easy is it to saturate the 6 core chip to the point where it just simply can't do the job?

Rephrased:
Is there any reason to buy a ryzen 7 or core i7 chip instead if you don't mind your tasks taking 20-50% longer?
Rephrased again:
Does having a ryzen 7 or i7 enable something in this area that the 1600 cannot do efficiently (read as: without disturbing the workload with freezing and so on)?

A Ryzen 1600 meets the requirements; quality components are required for a stable system, particularly the PSU.
