Is the Samsung 970 EVO compatible with my MOBO?

Need to get an SSD, was wondering if Samsung's 970- EVO 250GB is compatible with my mobo which is ASUS H170M-E D3.

should work with your motherboard but not sure they sell 970 at 256 I saw 512 and 1gb models the 860 would work as well just make sure its the m.2 pcie gen 3 x4 interface
