Is the Sapphire HD 7750 a Low End or Medium range card?

I am currently looking at this card and plan to buy it, I have already done the research and post many topics about this, but I want to know if it would be low end to my system, am I getting value for my money.
My System:
i5-3470 @3.2GHz
nVidia GeForce GT 620 2GB DDR3 Low Profile
220w PSU

So if I buy the HD 7750 Low Profile, am I getting a better value for money?

It is a low-medium end gaming card. However, I would be hesitant to put even that gpu in your system with only a 220w PSU. Is it a pre-built computer? Slim model by any chance?

To match an i5-3470, it would be better to get something more powerful (like at least a gtx 650ti boost). What is your budget?

The 7750 might not work at all with a 220w PSU. Your GT 620 pulls up to 49w, the 7750 can pull up to 75w.
