Is the seasonic m12ii-620 bronze evo enough for my PC build

Can anyone tell me if the seasonic m12ii-620 evo good enough for my gaming PC mentioned below:-
I5 4440
Asus strix gtx 970
Asus h97-pro motherboard
G-skill ripjaws 2×4 gb ddr3
Wd blue 1 tb
Nzxt s340
Dell s2240l

And I have heard that the power cable of this PSU don't have a earthing pin which creates earthing issues, is that true?
