Is the Seasonic S12II 620 ErP compliant?

Hi anyone with this PSU knows if it supports ErP? I know it doesnt support Haswell c6/c7 states.

ErP Support determines whether to let the system consume less than 1W of power in S5 (shutdown) state.

To meet ErP II Stage 2, 620 watt Power Supply must have an average efficiency of: 87.00%

In the 80+ rating system, which is what most power supplies get rated at, that would be 80+ Gold efficiency.

Seasonic does have 80+ gold units, and they are ErP compatible.

i tried enabling the ErP/EuP setting (S5 state) on my Asus mobo, and when I shutdown completely the tracer LEDs went off! it stayed on until I flick the wall power previously.

however after switching off power at the wall socket, the mobo Standby Power LED was still ON for a long time, I had to unplug the PSU cable and press the case pwr switch for it to drain.

so could the psu be not quite ErP compliant xD or should i try S4+S5 state.
