is the Intel Core i5 3450 powerful enough to run Games like BF4 and Dyiing Light at Good settings, also is 905 CPU usage normal in a Game?

yeap the 3450 is still a pretty decent core i5 and is in tier 1 on toms cpu hierarchy - better than the fx 8 and 9 series in terms of gaming

Any modern I5 is still good from 2 gen and up, 3450 is 3 gen so still very good.
