[SOLVED] Is the Xeon X3430 good for gaming ?

Since I was thinking of upgrading my old LGA 775 to LGA 1156 I have been searching to find a good motherboard and CPU now I'm stumble around the internet to find x3430 now i don't know if is good for game the motherboard that I'm going to use is the Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3L (not owned yet) and I don't know will it work.

Anything below the 4th Gen in 2021 is actually not a good idea to invest on for gaming. If you don't mind dialing down pretty much all in-game details and a reduced resolution will help alleviate the issue with older hardware but you're going to wish you spent on something more concurrent. Also, a system isn't just built around a processor and a motherboard. What are the rest of your specs?

Seagate 2.5 inch 120gb main system HDD
Wd 500gb storage
Intel stock LGA 775 cooper cooler
Win7
4 case fan (3 molex and 1 sys_fan)

jump to 9th gen/9700K, or Ryzen 3600...

I'd skip previous gen stuff...

Before you invest in another platform, I would get a q6600 or q8xxx and let that open up your system's current potential:

These should be very cheap upgrades, take the cheapest and enjoy the boost. Just be sure to buy genuine used processors and not some new fakes from china.
