Is the XFX HD Radeon 7750 2GB DDR3 GPU Good for anything?

The rest of my specs are fine for now, but is this card any good? Can it play ANY game on High? I mostly just wanna play CoD and maybe Batman.

it's not bad, but you will get maybe medium setting at best on 1080p

It'll max out undemanding games like Dota 2 and Diablo 3. Should be acceptable for CoD and Batman, but at reduced settings (medium? high?).
