[SOLVED] Is there a 120mm to 80mm computer fan adapter?

I'm trying to find a 120mm fan to 80mm fan adapter type of deal but I can only find the other way around. Here's a bad quality sketch of what I mean. The sketch is bad quality cause I'm a bad artist, but the idea is to use one of those to have a 120mm fan on a cpu cooler that only supports 80mm fans so instead of an 80mm fan cooling the heatsink and cpu, it's a 120mm fan. Essentially the idea is to buff up a stock cooler or a cooler that only supports 80mm fans.

I assume that smiley face under the presumed heatsink is the processor Regardless, you might want to run us by the heatsink you want to attach it to. For all the effort and resources you're going to drop on that idea of yours, you could just pick up an aftermarket cooler that accomplishes the task with minimal effort and no reverse engineering.

You know - you can flip the fan adapter upside down. Right?
Then from 80mm->120mm it becomes 120mm->80mm.
