is there a Audio / Microphone jack connector of sorts?

I have two (one audio, one microphone) jack ports on the front of my PC, but the headset I am trying to use only has one jack to plug in. Is there some sort of jointer of sorts that I can buy? Does it have any general name (Having a really bad job calling it something - "jointer of sorts")

Can you give a link or the make/model of the headset.

I can assume that the headset has a 4pin connector and thus you need a 4pin to 3 pin splitter but without knowing what headset you have that is just an educated assumption.
