Is there a bent CPU socket pin on this board?

I bought a motherboard through a private sale and now that I have it in hand, I believe the pins are bent. Can anyone confirm this by checking out this picture? And if they are, what should I do?

I can't see properly through the pictures but if the pins are bent the mobo will not work and you will have to send it back and ask for a replacement. Inspect it properly first or post some pictures that are closer to the socket.

Looks like it to me. Should be uniform, flush. That's a clear obstruction/bent pin.

I purchased the board through a private sale to flip it as I am building a 4690k rig. I don't have the proper CPU to attempt the repair and verify if it works or not, what do you suggest my next step should be?

If a pin is bent badly(repairable) or missing, the motherboard is almost worthless. You can contact Asus I believe they have a service where you can pay them to replace the socket. Not sure how much that will cost though.

All I have right now is a crappy digital camera and every time the socket is in focus, I snap the picture, and it is out of focus after the picture is taken. So right now that is the best I can do.
