I have been checking online and I found these computer specs:

MSI 760GM motherboard

GeForce GTX 560

8GB Ram DDR3

AMD FX4170 4.1GHZ

Asus 24xDVD-RW

1TB Hard Drive 7200 RPM

550W PSU

ASUS(PCE-N15) maximum performance Wireless-N Network Adapter ( 300Mbps Transmit

I have checked multiple sites and I could only get the price to $546.
Is there a better build for $600 or less? This is my first PC build and i don't know very much.

I took your list, and refined it.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

Memory: Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($65.99 @ NCIX US)

This is a lot better, yet 10$ cheaper.

You don't need a CPU cooler, because these motherboards won't allow for much overclocking - you'd need to spend a lot more on the motherboard to be able to do some worthwhile overclocking :)

Hope this helps 😀

Thank You! this helped a ton. 😀

Since you've gone for a better motherboard, you may also want an aftermarket cooler, to allow for some overclocking. I'd recommend the CM Hyper 212 EVO.

And that first link doesn't work - which cases are you comparing?

That's weird how the link isn't working.
here's the cases: Cooler Master CM 690 ll (Black)
Gigabyte GZ-G1SGS ATX Mid Tower Case
NZXT Source 210 (Black) ATX Mid Tower Case
Rosewill ARMOR-EVO ATX Full Tower Case
Rosewill CHALLENGER ATX Mid Tower Case
Rosewill Line Glow ATX Mid Tower Case
Rosewill PATRIOT ATX Mid Tower Case

Thanks! :) yeah, I like the look, and it has 5 fans. from the looks of it it looks like it would have good air flow in it, I love a computer that looks cool and works good too. 😍

I hope you see this but i built my PC and here's the link http://pcpartpicker.com/b/EE6 I want to thank you so much for helping me pick the right parts and I chose the challenger :) it's an awesome case. 😀 Thank You my friend!
