Is there a big difference between Saphire and vtx3d

Hello, i ordered a vtx3d radeon hd 6570 graphic card, did i made a mistake, should i have bought saphire 6570?

Not a trustable brand. I would send it back and get a Sapphire or Asus.
These cards die pretty fast
