Is there a big difference?

Hey everyone

I'm looking for a good budget graphics card ( and also not too powerful because my cpu is too weak) and I found these two. In my not so "professional" point of view their power looks quite similar to me and i was wondering why one of them was so much more expensive ( I know it might mainly be because of the cooling but I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.

Thanks.

Not so bad then. I would personally just get the cheapest one I could find and overclock it. There isn't going to be huge difference between any of the 750 Ti's. You PC should be able to be upgraded, just check to make sure that the PSU has a 6 pin PCIe connector if the card requires it (some don't). With a 500 watt PSU I don't see any trouble running it since they are relatively low power requirement cards.

500 watt psu (pretty sure its a bootleg, im gonna get a new one)
and it's prebuilt

Would this card be a better choice?

The brand is cyberpower, and just to make sure you realised, it's Canadian money. It costs a bit more because of that. The price for the last one is US money would be 125$

Maybe a little, depending on the game. But if you can get a GTX 950 for the same price as a 750 ti, there's no reason not to get the 950. Alternatively, there are cheaper 750 Ti's out there that you could get instead.
