Question Is there a big performance difference between Kingston hyperX furry and valueRam?

2 choice between RAM modules, just curious if the HyperX is just "Hype" with a nice plastic cover on it?

Same price pretty much, but why is it called "ValueRam" is it slower, at all?

ValueRAM's KVR24N17S8/8 is programmed to run at latency DDR4-2400 timing of 17-17-17 at 1.2V.

HyperX HX424C15FB2/8 is programed to run at DDR4-2400 at a low latency timing of 15-15-15 at 1.2V

HyperX is covered by metal heat spreader, not "nice plastic" which is supposed to cool it better. With that much of difference in latency, you are looking at no more than couple % loss comparing to that Value RAM which is practically nothing in whole system performance.
