Is there a bottleneck in my setup?

I recently upgraded my graphics card and was expecting to be able to play games like siege and overwatch at close to 144 frames on medium graphics settings. However, the upgrade did not live up to my expectations and I'm seeing average frames in game between 80-90. My temperatures at the time look OK with the GPU at 50 and the CPU in the upper 70's(I know this is on the high end and am looking into getting a cooler). The utilization for the GPU is around 50%, but the CPU stays pegged at 100%. I've tried overclocking to 4.0 Ghz briefly just to see if that would improve things and it did make about a 20 frame difference in overwatch, but no difference in siege. I have completely uninstalled the old graphics drivers with the uninstall utility and reinstalled. So long story short, I'm looking for some guidance to determine if my issue is the hardware I'm running, or if I should have better performance and there's something wrong in my setup. Thanks in advance and see below for my system specs:

Intel i5 3570k @ 3.4 Ghz
Asus Z77-A motherboard
Gigabyte GTX 1060 6GB
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (Just one stick and in the correct dimm slot)
Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL 600W ATX12V v2.01 SLI Ready
OS and games installed on SSD

I don't know, since I don't game. It may take care of any unexpected drops. I don't recommend mix-and-match with RAM. Don't buy 1 stick and hope it will work with your current memory. Buy two sticks sold as a matched set. Give away or sell your single stick.

Yeah dual channel will help as it allows the cpu to access twice the bandwidth. Games like bf1 and gta5 benefit dual channel.

If you get another stick make sure it's indentical in terms of specs as your original stick to better your chances mixing different memory batches.

If your on Win10, search fullscreen optimisation regarding Overwatch. There was a problem with this setting if enabled in Windows, not sure if its been fixed yet. Other games might also suffer with it enabled.
