Is there a bottleneck? Or just old stuff...

So I've been thinking... do I have a bottleneck?

Specs relevant:
GFX: 460 v2 OC'ed to Core: 900 | Shaders: 1800 | Memory: 2440
CPU: i5-650
RAM: Generic 6 gigs
PSU: Kingwin 650w

I don't if there is a bottleneck somewhere, or I just happen to have some lame/old ***. Thanks for any advice.

definitely the 460. It was great at the time but now even a 7770 beats it. The i5 is also aging but that isn't your main bottleneck, my advice is buy a decent mid-range card (7870) and upgrade to Ivy bridge with a decent cpu (I3-3230) and sell the 460s and i5-650

I'm not too fond of how ATI cards have treated me in the past, would it be beneficial to swap out my 460 for say a 660 or 670?

Yeah, a GTX 660 or 670 will be a huge upgrade from the GTX 460.
The card i think you should buy though sits right between those two.

I heard though, that although it has a great performance compared to it's price, the 660 or the 670 have an even better performance per dollar. Is this true?
