is there a class action lawsuit against HP for the dv7

Hello my name is David. I have an HP Notebook Pavilion dv7 the screen stop working about a 1 year after I bought it. Needless to say it was'nt still under warranty. Is there a lawsuit for this notebook, Im not getting much information from HP. They told my they could fix it but it would cost alot of money just to see what the problem was. Than I herded that there was a classaction lawsuit against. Because they put a processor in that overheats and causes the screen to blackout and not start up.

Google dv 7 class action. You would see it was over about 3-4 years ago so no chance there. Nit only applied to the nvidia based laptops gpu. Only chance to fix it is try to reflow the gpu or to reball it.
