is there a command to go straight into bios from desktop?

The tile says it all, but is there a command for cmd to go straight into bios from desktop? or a command that goes into bios when restarted?

Most computers you just have to hit the "DEL" key some laptops are different.

(not from windows but during boot phase basically just keep hitting the del key if it boots real fast lol)
