[SOLVED] Is there a compatibility issue with the asrock b450 and cooler master 650watts gold

I always have this issue when i force off my pc then try to turn it on but i keeps shorting out

If both are operating correctly, there should be not compatibility issues.

I suggest double-checking for inadvertent grounds (i.e. extra stand-off/mount under motherboard, any protruding into rear panel ports, etc). Also, double-check your PSU connections to the motherboard, both the 24-pin and 8 or 2x4 pin connection.

i did the check but it didn work however the next day when i tried to turn it on it worked fine so i have no idea wut is the issue
