and i want to change PSU from stock one to Corsair CX430 and i wounder if there will be any compatibility issue Thank you.

As long as your new PSU is a quality brand (which Corsair definitely is) and can provide same or more power as compared to the old one, you should have no issues whatsoever. The only thing you need to check is the PSU size (whether or not it fits in your case), because you didn't say which case you are using.

my old Psu is a noname 250w psu that came with the pc and the case im using is pretty big it should fit good! and thank you
