I am thinking about getting a gtx 980 or a gtx 980ti reference card. I have heard that the coolers that come pre installed are not that good. So I was hoping there was an aftermarket cooler or water cooler that I could put on there instead of stock. Hopefully it looks good and is very cheap. Please link options below. Thanks!

Reference cards are decent if you want to get the hot air out of the case easily (like in small cases). If you have enough airflow, they are not worth while.
I would easily recommend a card like the MSI Gaming or Lightning on the premise that they run cooler, faster, and actually have OC potential.
