Merry Christmas guys! Can i ask if there is much difference in performance between CAS 16-16-16-36 when compared CAS 16-19-19-36 for DDR4 -3600 RAM?

Im looking at the "Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB 3600MHz DDR4 " but I also see another RAM stick with different timings? I'm new to all of this and was wondering if it would make (if any) difference to the performace? I suppose the CAS 16-16-16-36 is better because of the lower timing? But I'm not sure if it is worth the extra £30

I'm looking to add this to my Ryzen 5600x, and I've been told that the Ryzen runs optimally with 3600MHz ?

Could anyone share their knowledge with me?

In a way that you would notice, probably not outside a frame or two in a game. It is better but value for it has more to do with your wallet.
