i want a WIRELESS earpiece that allows you to hear a speaker if your a doorman. so like something that goes from the speakers mic to your earpiece

Yes, most wireless earbuds today are bluetooth, so you can either use those with a bluetooth radio, or buy a 3.5mm jack to bluetooth transmitter adapter and plug that into your existing speaker's headphone jack.
