Is there a fan connector expansion?

So my brother wants to get four Geils EVO X 16gb ram for his gaming pc and I noticed aside from the obvious plugged into the ram slot, they also require to be plugged into the motherboards fan slot to power on the rgb effects via 12v cable (which to me is pretty stupid). He's already using all slots available on the motherboard so is there an expansion he can buy to power those four sticks of ram? If so, what's a good reliable brand and product?

He's running six case fans. The fans are the ones taking up all the slots.

instead of finding something for the rgb what about putting the fans on a external control like SilverStone PWM Fan Hub or if you don't want that get a sata or molex adapter or for the rgb that takes power of the 12volts wire 4 pin.
