Is there a grant that I can apply for where it supports me building a computer?

I mean like, is there a federal or even a private grant in which I can build my own computer? If it means committing to a company once I am of age, right now I'm 14, I'll even consider that as well. Its just I feel there might be one out there because a lot of IT / Computer technicians needed with the growing IT world, and a company might pay for somebody to learn and experience things if it means a profit for them in the long run. So please don't be saying about me needed to get my own money to do that or anything, if there is not a grant, just say so.

Thanks,
Shane

I updated the question so it is more specific. I am in the United States, Pennsylvania to be more specific. But, anyways, thanks for answering.

I'm not aware of any grant like that.
But at age 14, your best way forward for a learning experience, is to get experience.Start VERY small. Find a free or very inexpensive PC. $50 on craigslist. Make it work. Make it functional.
Repeat with another one.
Repeat with another one.
Then, possibly hang around at your local small PC shop.
Ask for an internship. Based on the 3 previous PC's you built/fixed...they may hook you up.

But you have to be able to show something before you get something.

Thanks, I have a base knowledge on computers and how they are built. But I want to learn advanced stuff and start producing / editing video games, software, etc... I even want to start building computers and selling them, which is hard to do on its own being 14, and I want to start finding out what fields are needed and what they are like. So i kind of figured there wouldn't be a state / federal grant. I was looking more for a private company, needing young future employees who know what to do before they are employed so they can dive right in. Thanks for the advice, though.
