Is there a graphic card compatible for windows 8 lower then £60

I've had multiple cards and theres one which does work only sometimes because i take it out of my pc and then taake it back in i need some help

Sure, there's still plenty of choice at that price range but it won't be high end. You'll be looking at cards like a GT 620 or so.
