Question Is there a "Multilevel Speed Dial" for Android ?

I have an add-in for Firefox called "Multilevel Speed Dial". It has done tremendous things to help me become organized...at least to begin to be organized. Is there such an app for Android? I am not talking about the built in function that lets you put phone numbers on a speed dial for Android. The Multilevel Speed Dial lets me put websites or folders into one of the dial options. Folders open to another speed dial set which may have websites or folders. I have spent quite a bit of time searching in Google but found nothing. This is my last resort - to ask the people who are most in tune with this kind of knowledge.

If it's not available as an add-on for the Android version of Firefox, it probably doesn't exist yet.
