Is there a newer driver for the NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE

We have a HP computer with Windows Vista and a NVIDIA GeForce 9300 GE for the display. Our Acer monitor suddenly after three years opens with a blank screen. The sign-in page flashes for a second and then blank. Searching the computer for a better driver to update results in "this is the best driver available. Is that correct? Is there a better version out there?
