Question Is there a piece of tech that can stagger a PCIE slot?

Without getting into great detail, i decided to upgrade my video card to the powercolor vega 56, and i attached the morpheus 2 to it, and though i managed to get everything attached ok, part of the heatsink pipes are up against some of metal brackets for the back of my pc, that are in between pcie slot outputs, so basically, unless i sawsall part of my case, i have no way to attach this and i would REALLY like to attach it since i voided the warranty, so my question is, is there something i can put in the PCIE slot and then attach to my gpu, to send the signal?

good suggestion, but i dont know how to secure it once ive used the riser
