So I need some pc parts/electronics for my pc project and I need old pc too? Can I get them somewhere for free?

Find out where local businesses or universities donate their PC's to be recycled.
It won't be free, but many of those places will sell you old stuff super cheap.
Like $20-$50 for a whole computer cheap.
