Is there a possibility for me to revive data from a ESD USB drive

Hi guys is me again,
I got a BUFFALO 1TB drive laying around which I turned it into an ESD USB drive accidentally. It contains a lot of my photo from childhood. Is there any way for me to revive the data inside? Thanks a lot!

Yes there is a way - there are a number of people who have done this before.

However, there are never any garuantess whether or not you will get some or any data back.

A format usually just "wipes" the partition, doesnt actually clear out all of the information (unless you did a deep format).

If you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself, contact a data recovery professional (this might cost big bucks though).
