Question Is there a possibility for my GPU to die?

Hello,

my GPU is an old Nvidia GT 520, these days I played an old game on it NBA 2K10.
Today my PC freezed for 3 times ,and became unresponsive so I reinstalled the Win 10 OS.
Everything was fine after the reinstallation till a few minutes when I got a BSOD , I opened the BSOD report with the Nirsoft BluescreenViewer and it showed that the BSOD was caused by the watchdog.sys driver.
I have installed the latest a Nvidia driver for the GPU.

Please tell me if there is a possibilty for the GPU to die.

The GPU temps are fine, I monitor them with HWMonitor.

My specs are: Core 2 Quad Q8300 CPU, Nvidia GT 520 GPU, 8 GB of RAM and Win 10 64 bit OS.
