As the title says is it possible by adjusting something on the bios..?I heard that some computers have a 35 watt limit on the PCI-E,one of which could be mine...

Please don't ban me.

Solution
There are many HP and DELL systems that have a low watt limit on their PCIe slots. They are not meant to add a GPU, the reason for this is their PSU is not up to snuff (among other reasons). This is not something you can just adjust in the BIOS, its set for a reason

As was said in the past, most Dell and HP and other OEM type systems are NOT made to be upgraded. Maybe add a wifi card or something but thats it. If you can't put a proper PSU in there and connect it you NEED to replace everything.
The RX480 drew more than 75W from the PCIe slot, and that was fixed with a driver update. So I would assume that power use is driver related. I'm not sure about a 35W limit on a PCIe slot. I've never heard of this.

As for not banning you of that I'm also not sure. I'll forward your name to the mod committee and see what they say. You've gone and made ANOTHER thread on the weird system you have. To be completely honest with you, you would have been better off getting rid of that odd OEM unit and just get a normal system that uses normal PSU. (He has an odd non standard with that powers the motherboard with a 6 or 8pin plug, not the normal 20/24pin ATX plug we are used to.) By opening thread after thread looking for advice on what to do, most without information about your system so you get the normal replies of "just upgrade your PSU" you are doing nothing but spamming our forum with usless junk. Frankly I'm trying to figure out why you haven't done ANYTHING yet seeing as you've been asking for months.

Sorry...This is the last time i will do this because as you said my system is junk and in my coutry i cant find a different one
