Is there a program to detect software conflicts for third party software?

I just reformatted my computer and re-installed all of my software on Windows 10 after several software issues. I am aware that I can detect Operating System issues through Security and Maintenance and Resource and Performance Monitor. However, I would like to be able to use a program to inspect third party software such as games, anti-virus, and software for add-on hardware components including the video card and sound card for issues such as improper installations, corrupted files, or cases where somehow a program is reinstalled over an existing identical program. Does such a detection software exist? If Windows can detect the software issues that I described, which program on the OS would I use?

Thanks.

There's an insider program where folks test these things & report problems in pre-release versions of Windows so that hopefully most problems get fixed. However if there's an incompatibility with a 3rd party piece of software, it's up to the maker/marketer of that software to fix it. So I'd check with the folks who support a particular application.
