Question Is there a setting to switch to pcie 3.0 x16 from 3.0 x 8

My motherboard supports 3.0 x 16 speeds but GPU runs at only 8x, i checked it inside adrenaline software. That's why I suspect I have performance issues in games. M.b. is H310cm v.2. i have an Intel i5 9400f, and not long ago i switched from pulse rx 560 to MSI mech 2x RX 6650 XT. UEFI settings haven't got an option to change speeds, I tried under the chipset configuration.
