Is there a "silent timer" app for smartphones?

I'm looking for an app for my phone. I want to set a particular time and count down from there. However, unlike my phone's default timer app, when it reaches zero, I don't want it to beep or or make any noise. I just want it to flash brightly so any audio recordings I may or may not be doing at the time don't get disrupted.

Any suggestions?
