Yeah the game's load speed is generally determined by the engine they use to develop it with. Can't really do anything about that.

well since the game i play most and i play rpg open world games in general and i switch back and forth between lands wondered if maybe a ramdisk would help make it faster to load and reload lands or if intel optane would at all be good for that

Optane on top of a 970 EVO is useless.
